This off-dry lightly carbonated Cider is made from a selection of apples, then slowly cold fermented in small batches. It’s lightly carbonated with tiny bubbles to give you a pleasant velvety mouthfeel.

This still dry Cider is made from a blend high in bittersweet apples from out Wildcat Woods planting of English, French, American, & Spanish cider apples trees. Then it is slowly cold fermented and aged to bring out their best flavor.

Hopped Carbonated Cider
This unfiltered, dry, lightly carbonated Cider is cold fermented in small batches. It is then dry-hopped with Citrus Hops to give it bright floral and citrus notes with just a touch of bitterness.

Oak Aged Still Cider
This unfiltered dry Cider is slow cold fermented from a selection of tree-ripened apples. It is then aged with French oak to develop depth of flavor and notes of vanilla.

Pink Lady Single Varietal Cider
This unfiltered single varietal Cider is made from Pink Lady apples that are slowly cold fermented to bring out their best flavor. It is tart and dry with flavors of grapefruit and cranberry.

Goldrush Single Varietal Cider
This unfiltered single varietal Cider is made from Goldrush Apples that a slowly cold fermented to bring out their best flavor. It is fresh and fruity with bright acidity and green apple flavors.
